Configure PayFast

PayFast is a payment gateway for South African individuals, businesses and charities. Along with being integrated with Jumpseller, they have integrations and partnerships with many booking, billing and payment platforms. Let us take you through the process of configuring it with your online store.

1. Go to the Admin panel and first make sure the country and currency is set for South Africa and ZAR respecticively (Fees and Condtions).

   

   

2. Next, go to the Payments section under settings and add the PayFast payment option and insert your PayFast account merchant id and merchant key. You can also add a passphrase of your choice that will be used as an additional security measure.

   

3. That is all, you can check and see, PayFast will be added to your payment options on your website.
